You waive any claim to compensation or royalties for the use of any media created in connection with your participation in the pageant. Additionally, you grant Queen of Canada Org. full rights to edit, modify, and distribute these media in any form, manner, or medium as deemed appropriate by the organization.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. Withdrawal of Consent:

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of personal data at any time. Please note that media content already created may not be able to be retracted or removed from previously published materials.

2. Data Retention:
